No sign or advertisement shall be attached to the Building and no sign shall be put up or painted upon the Building, in the halls, staircases or entrances, except upon the doors or walls within the Leased Premises that is not visible from the common area, without prior written approval by the Property Management Office. Additional suite signage is available upon approval of the Property Management Office at the Tenant's sole cost and expense.
