The standard Building hours of operation for heating and air conditioning are as follows:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Lease Holidays: Closed

HVAC AFTER HOURS
Air conditioning and heating will be provided in season at temperatures and in amounts which comply with the provisions of the Lease Agreement on the days and times identified above. Such service will be furnished during non-Building standard hours upon written request, at the Tenant's cost and expense. All requests for additional services must be received no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the day such service is required. For service on weekends, requests must be received by 12:00 PM (noon) the preceding Friday. Any requests received after 12:00 PM (noon) may be subject to Engineering Programming Charges. Please contact the Property Management Office for information on the current charge for overtime air conditioning.
